1چکن لیگ پیسز کو دھو کر خشک کرکے اس میں فائیو اسپائس پاؤڈر،لال مرچ پاؤڈر ،چلی گارلک سوس‘جنجر پاؤڈر ڈال کر مکس کریں اور 1-2گھنٹے تک میرینیٹ ہونے کے لیے رکھ دیں۔
2پتیلی میں پانی ابالیں 
3اس میں چکن پلاؤ کیوب اور چاول ڈال کر پکائیں ۔
4نمک اور یلوفوڈ کلرڈال کر دم دے دیں ۔
5فرائنگ پین میں تیل گرم کریں اس میں میرینیٹ کی ہوئی چکن لیکس ڈال کر فرائی کریں ۔
6سرونگ ڈش میں پلاؤ نکالیں ۔
7اس کے اُوپر فرائی کی ہوئی چکن لیگ پیسز رکھیں اور مزیدار چکن ٹنگڑی پلاؤ گرم گرم سروکریں۔

1: Wash and dry the chicken leg pieces, add Five Spice Powder, Red Chili Powder, Chili Garlic Sauce, Ginger Powder, mix well and leave to marinate for 1-2 hours.

2: Boil water in a pan

3: Add chicken palao cubes and rice and cook.

4: Add salt and aloe vera color and simmer.

5: Heat oil in a frying pan, add marinated chicken leeks and fry.

6: Pour the palao into a serving dish.

7: Place the fried chicken leg pieces on top and serve the delicious chicken tangri palao hot.۔
