Step by Step Recipe- تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کر کے ثابت گرم مصالحہ کڑ کڑا لیں
اسی تیل میں پیاز سنہری فرائی کر لیں۔قیمہ ڈال کر 2منٹ تک فرائی کر یں۔لہسن،ادرک پیسٹ، دہی، نمک،سفید مرچ پاؤڈر، سیاہ مرچ پاؤڈر، زیرہ اور حسب ضرورت پانی ڈال کر قیمہ گلا کر اچھی طرح بھون لیں۔
ایک دیگچی میں 2کھانے کے چمچے تیل گرم کر کے زیرہ کڑ کڑالیں۔
اس میں یخنی اور ثابت مصالحہ ڈال کر اُبال آنے پر چاول شامل کر دیں اور چاولوں کو 2کنی کچے رکھ کر اس میں قیمہ شامل کر دیں
ساتھ ہی زردہ رنگ دودھ میں مکس کر کے چھڑک دیں چاولوں کو 5۔6منٹ تک دم پر رکھ دیں۔
   سرونگ ڈش میں نکال کر گرم گرم سرو کریں

Heat oil in a frying pan and add hot spices
Fry onion in the same oil. Add minced meat and fry for 2 minutes. Add garlic, ginger paste, curd, salt, white chilli powder, black chili powder, cumin and water as required.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan and add cumin seeds.
Add hot and seasoned spices and when it boils, add rice and keep the rice raw for 2 minutes.
At the same time, mix the yellow color in the milk and sprinkle. Put the rice on the tail for 5-6 minutes.
 Remove to a serving dish and serve hot
